Mike Lubofsky

Founder and Psychotherapist - Attorney Therapists

Mike Lubofsky is a licensed psychotherapist, attorney, and serves as a Mental Health Hearing Officer for the Superior Court of California, County of Alameda. In 2025, he founded Attorney Therapists as a preeminent online resource for attorneys seeking mental health assistance.

Mike specializes in working with highly intellectual and analytical clients—particularly attorneys—through individual therapy and group programs, including an attorney-focused Emotional Intelligence and Regulation Group.

Joel Oster

President and General Counsel - Comedian of Law

Joel Oster is a litigator, national speaker, podcaster, and stand-up comic. In private practice, he specializes in constitutional law, appellate advocacy, and attorney ethics. Joel regularly litigates First Amendment issues and has been lead counsel on two cases tried before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Joel has presented at various bench and bar conferences and co-hosts the podcast DeBriefing the Law with Chris Marohn, covering current legal news and true crimes. He earned his JD from the University of Kansas School of Law and is admitted to practice in Kansas, Missouri, Florida, and numerous federal courts.
