Steve Fretzin is a bestselling author, host of the BE THAT LAWYER Podcast, and business development coach for attorneys with more than 20 years of experience. He’s authored five books on legal marketing and business development, including The Attorney’s Networking Handbook and BE THAT LAWYER: 101 Top Rainmakers’ Secrets to Growing a Successful Law Practice.

Mike Lubofsky is a licensed psychotherapist, attorney, and serves as a Mental Health Hearing Officer for the Superior Court of California, County of Alameda. In 2025, he founded Attorney Therapists as a preeminent online resource for attorneys seeking mental health assistance.
